Windsor Palms Resort is built by Pulte Homes, the same builder as Windsor Hills, and also offers some of the area's finest amenities nestled in a 24-hour guard gated community just minutes from Walt Disney World. It is a slightly scaled down version of Windsor Hills and was built in 2005. Windsor Palms offers condos, townhouses and single-family homes for sale. The Windsor Palms Clubhouse has a convenience store offers basic food and travel necessities, and you can enjoy a cup of Starbuck's coffee in the indoor lounge area (a relaxing place to hang out and meet other guests or join up with parties staying in other properties)!  There is a state-of-the-art workout room, game room with arcade, pool tables, ping-pong table and private movie theatre. The pool area a junior olympic-sized community pool, a large jacuzzi and baby wading pool with lots of poolside loungers for sunbathing.  Around the pool and clubhouse you will find basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, grilling/picnic area, children’s playground - and all sporting equipment can be borrowed free of charge. Enjoy another quality resort for a fraction of the price of a Disney hotel!  This community also allows short-term vacation rentals, which is a great option for families who only use their vacation homes a few times per year.

Homes from $150,000 to $300,000+

     The single family homes in Windsor Palms were built from Pulte’s stock plans from homes where ‘real people’ live. They are slightly larger, more aesthetically pleasing with more ornate finish work such as drywall arches, inset niches, plant shelves, etc. All homes have at least two master suites, but the ‘main’ master suites of Windsor Palms are larger & more luxurious with large ‘soaker’ or garden tubs, more double sinks, more separate toilet enclosures, etc. For example, both the master bedroom and the master bathroom have adequate space to set up our included massage tables. The 'upgraded' larger pools & lanais of the pool homes in Windsor Palms are slightly larger than the 'upgraded' larger pools of Windsor Hills. The clubhouse services a smaller number of homes (580 vs. 830 at Windsor Hills) so it is typically less crowded and the community pool is designed such that you can do some quality lap swimming (25 yards with lane lines) in the early morning if you care to. There is a community hot tub nearby as well. Windsor Palms also offers condos and townhomes.
