Overlook at Hamlin is a 640 acre lakefront community located on the SR 429 at the Independence Parkway interchange in West Orange County. Amenities include a sports lawn, town center, walking and biking trails, a community pool, children's playground, a waterfront amphitheater, and many more. The town center village has a dock where you can moor your boat while you dine and shop.

The Cove at Hamlin is a community in Winter Garden, Florida. Maintenance-free home sites include irrigation, mowing and pest-control service. Community amenities include a clubhouse with fitness and great rooms, serving kitchen, a family pool, children’s splash deck, children’s playground, waterfront amphitheater, grilling area, covered pavilion, fire pit, and walking trails.

Hamlin Reserve is a community of townhomes and single-family homes in Winter Garden, Florida. Hamlin Reserve has square footage ranging from 1570 to 3403. Hamlin Reserve offers townhomes, manor homes, signature homes, and traditional homes. Amenities include village marina, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking trails, playground and a dog park.
