Trilogy Orlando is a gated 55+ community located in Groveland, Florida. Trilogy is an active adult community, with many events so that you can really get involved in the community. This community even has a 57,000+ square foot resort-style clubhouse with all the latest features called "Magnolia House". The Sports Pavilion features championship tennis courts, Bocce Ball courts, and a Pickleball court. The Athletic Club features state of the art equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, women's-only circuit weight and free-weight training. They also have an indoor lap pool and an outdoor resort-style pool.
