Tohoqua

Tohoqua is a 730-acre master-planned community located in Kissimmee, Florida. Tohoqua is ideally located about a 30 minute drive away from the famous Orlando themeparks and just a 25 minute drive to the Orlando International Airport.

Tohoqua consists of single-family homes and townhomes with 3-5 bedroom options. Amenities include a gym, community parks, trails, tot lot, playground, and a resort style swimming pool.

Tohoqua will also open a public charter school which will be focused on STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and math-driven learning). The community hopes to have the school finished by 2022.

Tohoqua is also health-focused, and the community hopes to establish a food hall with healthy eating options and farm-to-table fresh market.
